Did I misspell something somewhere?
Republican Michele Bachmann blamed President Barack Obama’s stand on Israeli-Palestinian peace talks for the uprisings against autocratic governments across the Arab world.
“You want to know why we have an Arab Spring? Barack Obama has laid the table for an Arab Spring by demonstrating weakness from the United States of America,” she added.
Michele Bachmann continues to shock and amaze me with each new statement that she makes. She is an idiot.
I know that you are reading this, just as you read all everything that I post anywhere on the Internet (with the occasional message ranging from ‘I’m sorry’ to ‘burn in hell faggot.’) I don’t intend to identify you here - other than by name - but you should know that it is time that I respond to your antics. It has been three years and you continue to harass me as some sort of way to get in touch with Samantha (I’ve changed the name for obvious reasons. You know who I’m talking about). I intend to do the following:
- If there is one more message - even one - on any medium, in any format, signed or unsigned, that is from you; I will seek a restraining order against you from further contact. You should know that I have saved everything you’ve ever sent me - the file is a couple of GBs in total - and the multitude of threats as well as the references to myself, Samantha, and others is more than enough. You should know that you will have to be served with this - it will go to your parents house. I don’t want to do this. But I am left with no option if this continues. It will also go on your record, which will affect your future in ways that are difficult to even consider. Again I don’t want to do this - I really, really don’t.
- Your contact details will be posted with every single message that you send me. I have your home address, your home number, your mobile number, where you go to Uni, and your workplace. This is all publicly available information and so I am well within my rights to publish it. And I will do so if this continues.
You should also know that your ploy to get in touch with Samantha has not worked. She has no idea that you’ve ever contacted me, nor will she ever. I am the only one who has ever known, until now.
The idea that Julia Gillard is framing the immigration debate around ‘the the right of executive government to process asylum seekers offshore’ is laughable. The executive is reliant upon the legislature to achieve its agenda: that is how government works. It would be like John Howard standing in Parliament and demanding support from the ALP for WorkChoices because executive government has the right to regulate industrial relations.
It is a joke how lowbrow our political debates are in this country.
