I am glad that we are finally doing something about the climate change issue. It isn’t the perfect policy but in terms of reducing our emissions— I think people sometimes forget that we are the highest per-capita emitters in the world— I think it will work.
It is by no means a perfect policy; but it will achieve its policy objectives, and make us a leader on the world stage with respect to this issue.
